Samsung Galaxy F15 5G runs Geekbench ahead of its release

Samsung launched the Galaxy F14 in March last year, so the Galaxy F15's release is rapidly approaching, even if it's still not official. Either way, a prototype F15 5G just ran Geekbench earlier today, and it managed a 690 single-core score and a 1,752 multi-core score.

The prototype unsurprisingly ran Android 14, and it's going to launch with One UI 6 on top. It had 4GB of RAM, but Samsung may decide to offer more memory options when the phone becomes official.

While the chipset isn't outright stated in the Geekbench database, it's being speculated that the F15 will sport MediaTek's Dimensity 6100+, based on the reported clock speeds of its processor. This was already seen in the Galaxy A15 5G which launched back in December of last year.

It wouldn't be surprising for the F15 5G to share the A15 5G's chipset since the F14 was basically just a rebranded version of the A14 5G with a bigger battery. If the pattern holds this year, then expect the Galaxy F15 5G to come with a 6.5-inch 90 Hz AMOLED screen, a triple rear camera setup (50 MP main, 5 MP ultrawide, 2 MP macro), a 13 MP selfie snapper, and a 6,000 mAh battery.

A very awful move to use the Dimensity 6100+ since they have Exynos 1330.

Why pick dim 6100 when they have exynos 1330 which is better in performance?
