Samsung Galaxy Fold6 prototype emerges in video

Michail, 28 August 2023

The Galaxy Z Fold5 may have only launched earlier this month but we’re already getting our first set of leaks for its successor. Well-known leakster Ice Universe shared a short video and a few images of a prototype Galaxy Z Fold6 which showcases a big redesign compared to Samsung’s current flagship foldable.

For starters, Z Fold6 prototype features a flat cover screen just like the rumors suggest we’ll see on the Galaxy S24 Ultra. Ice Universe believes the Fold6 cover display and S24 Ultra will feature the same midframe and radian as well as the overall aspect ratio. Z Fold6 may feature a narrower bezel than the one shown in the video.

Galaxy S24 Ultra is expected to feature a 6.78-inch AMOLED display with QHD+ resolution and a 19.5:9 aspect ratio. The panel will be brighter with up to 2,500 nits peak brightness. In terms of dimensions, the S24 Ultra display is said to be slightly wider at 79mm compared to 78.1mm on the S23 Ultra.

Well it could be a greatdevice if samsung adds fast charging of at least 100-150W plus charger in the box and the main screen will survive unscratched mohs pick 4 or 5. Rest of the specs are welcome but not as important for me.
