I've been using this phone since 2015 and it still works great in 2020. I didn't buy any additional protection for the phone and yet the phone is still intact no matter the numerous times the phone has fallen down throughout the year and the screen is still without a single crack. The down side of this phone is it's battery. After the battery originally bought with the phone got bad, I'vebeenunableto find a suitable replacement. Another downside is since it runs on Android 4.4, I'm not able to download most applications now such Yahoomail, zoom, etc so the phone is basically out of date for me.

Why does my samsung grand max has only 626mb in total ram? Most of my application force stop due to lack of ram especially my camera.
