This is by FAR the worst Samsung I ever used. Internal storage is 8GB with option to use SD card for additional storage. The problem is that most off the apps can't be moved to sd card. Not even the apps is installed like my banking app. I have 2 games on the sd card (wordbrain and candy crush) Lots of space on sd open. I can't even move Facebook to the sd to free up space. All I have installed extra after buying the phone is Banking App, Facebook, WhatsApp, Makro mcard, and the two games. I don't even have music or pictures on because there is NO SPACE!! Crap Crap Crap phone!!!

don't buy grand prime + it is very bad phone. i purchase it in 16000 rs. its storage is only 4gb

Not to buy this phone, it is very bad :
1- storage too small after updating
2- battery drain in hard work
3- touch hanging & keyboard errors
4- there are many phones sheaper than it and better .

grand prime, 29 Nov 2017how do move my apps to my sd cardnot every app is movable but go to apps in settings and click on the particular app you want to move to the sd card. Then click on storage down there in the options, look at the right top. If it's movable, it will show move to sd card.

Its so sad to have a phone that can not update apps because of lack of space. Samsung style up. Meanwhile do not buy this phone. Useless

i bought this phone and i have a problem it's like a ghost touch so it would type by itself and do its own thing and i cant even control it is there a solution to this?

please please please dont buy this trash
this trash drive me to crazy
it is has 8go of space and when u want to use it its gives u 2go -_-
android system takes 5go of space on this phone
and its little bit laggy battery its great srsly its so good but
the biggest propleme on this trash is storage dont BUY IT!

For $50 each I got 2 of them for me and my wife. Used over a year. Both were excellent entry lvl droids that have wifi calling and are almost as snappy as my s4. However Samsung does not provide more than basic updates even tho this phone could be so much better with some os tweaks. Much better than On5 with 8mp camera. The big con with this phone is the crippling 8gig internal memory. 16 was required @ launch but Samsung opted better camera. On5 is opposite with bigger memory but crappy camera. It effectively killed those phones from being major players in the value market.

It is my second year using this Samsung galaxy grand prime plus, now there is an error message saying "unable to open the camera , you cannot use more than one came app at the same time" ....irritating part is, I don't have any camera apps on my phone just phone camera
Please help!!!
