I don't know why this much space needed for files in internal... even checked all files, all the files are in Kb. where are the rest 5 GB?

I have had the Grand Prime for about a year and it just died. 2 payments to go. I took it to the T-Mobile store to see what was up and the person helping me said, "they do that". It will turn on and go to the T-Mobile screen and freeze there. Have to remove the battery to shut it off again. They told me I couldn't even retrieve my data, contacts, etc, because it wouldn't turn on. I'm really disappointed. Never wet, never dropped--just died. Have to buy a new phone now and start from scratch. It didn't have enough memory either.

The 8gb memory is a lie. Most of the memory is used up by perloaded apps. This means you will only be able to load one or two new apps from google play on the phone. Even when you install a memory card the per-loaded apps do not transfer to the memory card.

The phone is quite fancy.... but it should have been made when the manufacturer is still an amateur not now when advanced tech is the order of the day.... common Samsung you can do better than this.... now I have to look for cash to get another phone that has a better ram and storage system or better still swap it.... Don't make me loose believe in you guys... please improve.....

i bought the samsung galaxy prime plus last month and since then i cant do anything tangible on the phone because of insufficient memory space. i inserted a memory card and its still the same. please what do i do?

Not a good job by Samsung, within a few days of usage, 80 percent of internal memory becomes consumed by the operating system, you hardly get anything for apps, every now and then you get a message of 'Low Memory', Moreover, there is no option available to install apps on extended memory. Had to replace the phone after using it for just 2 months.

I have been a Samsung user for many years . This phone is complete rubbish . After a short while the internal memory is full . The sd card is only for storage of pictures and videos and cannot be used for apps or added to useable internal memory . I feel like I have been robbed . I have to go back to using my S4 mini for the rest of my 24 month contract period as there is already not enough memory to upgrade the very few apps that I have on this phone . Very Very disappointed .
