I've bought my phone on 28 December last year.. on the 3rd week of January it just froze and switched off.. i took it to vodacom they fixed it but now its still freezing and switching off even when i recieve calls.. and it always running out of internal space.. some of the keyboard they not working but i got a screen protector..i regret buying it

The biggest regret I have in terms of a bad buy. Phone doesn't have much memory and moving files to the SD card I've found is useless because a couple of days later they don't appear. I suppose it's only good enough to receive calls. Really disappointed!

Daibeb, 27 Mar 2017This is where SAMSUNG dissappointed me big time....8gb ROM?... moresame problem... that was a marketing strategy of samsung..samsung allowing people to buy cheap samsung phone to experience specially the latest grace ui, but they gave them a little bit problem like that low storage for the people to think that they still need to buy mid range or even flagship phones of samsung.
i have just saw videos of other phone that is running in android marshmallow. it has an option to make sd card as an internal memory but i cant see that option in this phone. see this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BpBKN4PKphg&t=93s

i got this phone right now, for me the biggest problem of this phone is its internal storage. does anyone can help me how to make micro sd card as an internal storage for this phone. actually this phone is really great for its price..just the problem was the internal storage.. please help... thanks alot
