I have had my Samsung J1 Ace for the past month. I have a issue with my social apps and even games shutting down automatically while i am still busy. Can it be because my CPU is overheating or that the memory capacity is too small for the apps that i use? I have tried moving the apps from my phone to my SD card and even so it still does that. I hope there is a solution to this problem.

Cheap Have More Fun, 01 Dec 2015hanging problems are a concerns of your telco not of a smar... morethe device will hang if you use it before resetting it... before using the phone you should reset the phone through the setting and then whne the phone is back on the home screen doenload the mcafee security from the playstore and you should also get an sd card and whatever app you download try to move most of it to the sd card through the setting and that should help with the hanging problem it worked with my j1000m

goddy, 13 Dec 2015Bought mine yesterday but has been hanging every time I ins... moretry resetting the phone and download the mcafee security before downloading anything else and you will have a faster moving phone and if you have an sd card after you install an app go to apps in the settings and then select move to sd card and it will help in making the phone move faster

12.17.2015. Yea, my 4g service quit,too. Only get 3g. Was on phone with tech support for an hour and assured me my phone Samsung J1 should receive 4g. She kept saying i should go to contract???. It is prepaid and my wife is contract and she gets 4g everywhere. I also did Verizon troubleshooting, no good. Removed battery and sim card for 60 seconds no good. I pay for 4g so Verizon should provide 4g, I think it's a conspiracy by Verizon to bump up prepaid customers to contract. I saw an update Oct 1, 2015 it's around the time 4g . Otherwise great phone with lots of unique features. disappeared. I noticed in settings LTE service "grayed " out.? Going to Verizon store soon.Otherwise great phone with lots of unique features

it does not hang if you urn off powersaver mode it limits cpu performance making it lag and just usable for call and text

Usman, 12 Dec 2015When we had 512 RAM at that time Min requirement of applica... moreCould be Samsung using intelligent auto ram booster but anyway the device memory should not be filled up that could cause problems for auto update and also can added extra loads to the ram. Just my thoughts.
