My another phone hang. Only the word SAMSUNG appeared on the screen. Can't open the back cover. Normaly we can restart the phone by take out and put back the battery. My question is.. how to turn on the phone like we restart it?

In my country we call the same phone J3 pro and it does have 4G coverage. For the price i think its a great phone

Pretty crappy compared to my 3-year old S4.
I've had this since November 2017, so just about 3 months.
First Google and Chrome browsers stopped. A tech friend of mine fixed it for me.
Then the SMS function stopped. It crashed every time I tried to open it, so I could neither read nor send texts.
The guys at Carphone Warehouse couldn't fix it and neither could my tech friend.
He finally advised installing the standard free Android Mesages app from PlayStore. I did and it works a treat, easily recovering my old text messages from before.
Slower than the old S4 and generally shoddy.
