Because it's special model for chineese market where Google is disabled due to it's west oriented politics in opinion of China govenment.
But it must be not so hard to create firmware patch or found one.

Has anyone got an idea which model number the display has? Problem: Bought this phone in China recently, quite happy with it. Dropped it a few days ago and the screen broke. Unfortunately, nobody outside of China seems to be able to repair it as there are no replacement screens available for this model anywhere else in the world.
So does anybody know if the screen of any other model of the J3 -Series works as a replacement (or knows how to get the original one outside of China)? My version is the J-3110.

Hi everyone.... I have recently bought galaxy j3 pro 2016 also known as Galaxy j3 2017. It has plastic body. But in my j3 the codes are not working. I tried to check my phone's IMEI number via *#06# but it's not working, also *#0*# this is also not working.. Is there anyone who can check in his or her phone and respond as soon as possible

Just to clarify, the Galaxy J3 6V, the Galaxy J3 Pro, and the Galaxy J3 2017 are all different variations of the J line, specifically the J3 line. Also, this phone is extremely hard to find in America, most likely you'll find it in Asia.
