In less than 6 months my husband has been through 2 j3 pro's, to day he is on his third, the problem is he has a tempered glass screen, but the screen cracks behind it and goes black but it will ring but unable to answer as no screen. Has anyone had this happen before or is it him

Using it from last 5 months
Didn't face any issue though i am very heavy user but this cell never get hot
Camera is good
Battery is better than many of its competitors
And i am fully satisfied with its performance specially signal catching
Very user friendly
Recommended to those who want to buy a cell for ease...
