Why my samsung j7 is always muted everytime l make a call like,skype,viber,facebook or even personal load even the sounds is not pretty good could you please help me guys.

Anyway, if you are a guy only with palm selfie, love a big Li-Po battery just buy it. I don't recommend. It has no 2nd microphone with a little speaker, no screen features and multi-window.

I ordered this phone on 19th July and still there's no news about when they will start manufacturing the phone. Flipkart's customer service is way too idiotic and filled with empty bums; one of the representatives told me the phone will reach on 17th July. And the market has completely gone under the hood nobody knows what's going on and when will we get what we ordered for. Why TF even there is a pre-order system if you guys are not gonna give us a release date already. Disappointed!
