I have known that some several modelo like the Samsung Galaxy A11 is upgraded to Android 12, it's very great and Cook that the company Keep on upgrading those excellents smartphone... I would like that my Samsung Galaxy J7 Star that was upgraded in the 2019 into the Android 9.0 (Pie)...but nos we are in a new era 2022, almost into 2023...and it would be great and Cook that these smartphones J7 Star would be upgraded as well in the continues Years too... I wish that Samsung Galaxy J7 Star be upgraded into Android 11 or 12 better said... thanks for all...and any information, make me know these news... thanks!

The problem is not 4G, the problem is your carrier's implementation of voice over LTE (VoLTE). ATT calls it HD Voice, for example. Many unlocked phones are not compatible with it. Unfortunately, at least ATT only advertises that 4G is going away, they don't mention that there are other potential problems. I'm in the same boat with a different phone. Good luck out there.

Has anyone else gotten a call telling them that they have to replace their J7 because it's not 4G compatible? I thought these were 4G compatible; that's one of the reasons I bought it. Anyone know what the deal is?

Why I'm being forced to buy a new phone because of 5g requirements is beyond me. I'm totally happy with my J7 phone!

Both cameras are 13MP, this is wrong. Also, the storage available is 32gb, not 16gb.
