Been a good phone over the last few years, but 3 years on now... what's the new best replacement for this 2022 phone at this sort of price range which is widely available in 2025? I looked at the A56, but it just has more or less the same stats as this model! - with minor enhancements/downgrades here and there.

Samsung is the best mobile phone brand I have ever used. My m53 has been very smooth since I bought it in 2022. The battery is very good and the screen is very good. But the only bad point is that the charging is a little slow.

I tried to use a second sim on the SD card slot but the place is too short for a nano sim. I removed the excess plastic around the chip carefully and tried it again. This time it fits in the SD card slot but the phone didn't recognized it. The sim works fine in the dedicated sim slot but not on the SD card slot. What did I do wrong here?

This phone has been my main phone since September of 2022
So basically 2 years now
And ever since taking it out of the box I never felt like this was the right phone for me. It's still pretty fast, the display is great but outdoors it sometimes doesn't get bright enough
Cameras are overall good apart from the disssapointing ultra wide. But the battery life and software support simply isn't good enough for the 364€ I payed for it. It's disssapointing and even frustrating at times. I treat the battery really good,.always charging it to 80% with a 5w slow charger, I sometimes use a 15w charger or 25 if I'm really in a hurry but rarely to 100%, yet it's still disappointing and sometimes even inconsistent. Samsung doesn't give a sh* as I haven't received a update in 2 damn months already. I don't like this phone because of this and I'm ordering a nothing phone 2a later this week because of its better battery life. Overall still a good phone, just not the one for me. Disssapointing battery life.

I have used 2 of these. Smartphone just decided is wanted to go into some stupid boot loop like after 5 weeks of using it. Not recommended to use it with very heavy gaming use, or even very moderate use.

I had my M53 for barely a year and it just went into a boot loop and that was it the phone cant be switched on till now i can say its dead. Quite disappointing
However the camera is good especially when using the 108mp

camera is garbage lmao if you want a good quality camera you should choose xiaomi, and dont get me wrong samsung camera isnt bad but i had a 2019 xiaomi and the camera was a lot better
