gud am... may i check if mega 6.3 has the capacity for editing documents? i'm planning to buy it but its not indicated in the specs if it can perform document editing... pls enlighten me on this... thanks

Its a mid range handset with a high end price tag....it needs an update to add some s4 features especially in the camera and motion settings, Its more than capable of handling them....

While the Xperia ZL is not bad, this model just cannot go against the giant screen of the Mega. Conversely the Mega can't be compared to the ZL as the specs are mid range (although at the upper end).
I own both devices and can tell you that the ZL's UI is no where close to the Mega's. Samsung had put in lots of options and tweaks in their products which are just not available in the ZL. Simple things like having the option of making the phone ring louder when in the pocket. Another is speed dial. Therefore I found it really frustrating when I first switched to the ZL from a Samsung.
In the end it's up to you and what you really want for a phone. . If it's a huge and gorgeous screen then go for the Mega. If you want something compact and zippy then the ZL will be great.

Screen of my Mega 6.3 dims sometimes but I have never found it heating up. Overheating is very distant thing.

Glad to know that there are many people like this mobile after used. Ofcourse, i am one of them. i just love this phone after using S4, S3 and note2. believe me.
