Dee, 23 Feb 2014Galaxy mega 6.3 or s3 ?Look uo specs and what not. Id personally go for 6.3 as i have one. Slimmer bigger faster nicer more fun things like airveiw multi screen. ( forgive me if the s3 has it also im not sure only played with one for a bit. ) 6.3 has nice large crisp screen. Really its down to preference of size. I am not too sure if s3 is getting 4.4 update though i have heard it might. Really upto you but do a gsmarena comparison. Side by side.

I am having a problem with my Internet, every time I go to click on something if I'm on a specific site it's not letting me. I'm so frustrated with this phone. I'm kind of regretting that I bought it.

Roughly even per... moreAfter the recent firmware update with moving apps to SD card capability, I am no longer too ancious on KitKat update, as the differences between JB 4.2 & KK 4.4 is really marginal, probably there is more accurate date after S5 release in March/April i guess.
