Galaxy mini 3 should have 1.0 ghz single core cortex a9 with 768mb ram andreno 203 or higher graphics card .... Atleast 8gb internal storage ,3.35 inch screen ,camera 3.2mp with flash and secondary camera.... This will be the best low end phone and price shouldn't be more then 170$ 180$ max

I have mini 2 and I've never experienced any lags. My memory is almost full, loaded with many aps and games but it works like I've just took it from box. As phone I love it but because of Samsung update promises I hate it. If you need I can write some review.
