mine is the S6500D, the one without NFC
these are my 2nd comment after 1 month of usage
+very fast and stable
+looks nice and feels comfortable and robust
+3 days standby time (messaging+talkink on 2g networks, data is disabled)
+no preloaded bullshit apps (still some samsung featured apps)
+huge internal storage space for such a phone (2 gb)
+good headset (good for talking, mediocre for music listening)
-camera would be better with autofocus. the default color setting is not very good. can take better pictures after choosing the right color profile.
-screen color depth is 256K. not very good for looking photos, and has a narrow viewing angle. the screen is the weakest link of this phone
-vibration is a bit noisy and hard. good for silent alerts but not as good for touch feedback
overall it's good enough, best bang for the buck ;)

See it will get an official update on November (This month) but it can run this version from now if you downloaded it, Cause JellyBean needs +500MB Ram.. and this photo does have all what it takes to be updated to Jelly bean!

I have bought mini 2 about one month ago. Oyesum mobile better then samsung galaxy ace nd y. The only is battery problem. Every day it need charging. Other it is superb phone.

I owned both phones and they work great but for me galaxy mini 2 is bettet than xperia mini bcoz of large storage capacity and smoother operations performed but in terms of quality display the xperia wins but it had many problems such as constant disconnection of wifi, poor battery life that i charged it 2-3 times a day and it overheats easily also the sensors are faulty but the camera is good with 5 megapixel compared to mini 2 but the mini 2 packs a punch in fact i have this phone for 6 months and lots of application has been loaded including temple run, subway surfer, cs portable and drag racing which stresses my phones cpu and gpu but still only experienced minor lags but runs very smoothly so mini 2 is better in terms of storage and performance even it is 800 mhz compared to xperia 1 ghz

However, I played with both in a store, and the screen of the Ace is much nicer - looks more high end. Glossy, saturated colors, where the mini 2 is looking not so bright. Compared to my wildfire s, the screen of the wildfire s is much nicer. Still, a very good phone for the price

On this phone, it's only bad that it doesn't have the auto-focus and a LED flash. Everything else is excellent for a phone of this price. I can hardly wait the Jelly Bean update.
