The specs are cool, but the design is boring. 1.4 GHZ is more than enough for a mid-end phone, 3.7 inch is enough too! :)

Anonymous, 21 Mar 2011this will definitely beat the SE minis to be released. sams... morethe mid-range galaxy models will not die...... since this is called galaxy s2 MINI, it will be cheaper than the galaxy s2 for sure because of the smaller screen-size. but it is of course going to be hell more expensive than the mid range ones - galaxy mini, galaxy fit etc. anyone who wants a smartphone but cant afford the mainstream smartphone price will always opt-in for the mid-range models

Samsung was right. In fact, I do have a problem with phone with screen that is too big. 3.7" sounded perfect.

the mid-range galaxy models will not die...... since this is called galaxy sII MINI, it might be cheaper than the galaxy sII. but it is of course going to be hell more expensive than the mid range ones - galaxy mini, galaxy fit etc. anyone who wants a smartphone but cant afford the mainstream smartphone price will always opt-in for the mid-range models

this will definitely beat the SE minis to be released. samsung redefined the term "mini". although when this arrives its own galaxy midrange line up will be dead (ACE, MINI, POP and FIT)

They haven't specified that the screen would be a WVGA, instead they have mentioned a Super Amoled+

y cant samsung put in 1 or 2 led or a xenon flash. Samsung should learn frm noki.
I liked galaxy s 1 but hated dat it did not hve led flash.
Btw, da other article says it has led flash

I hope that this one is less than 400$ and have good sound loudness and support for arabic cause tell now no android phone has it in good way like nokia (GOOGLE YOU LOSSING A LOT BY EGNORE ARAB PEPOLE ).
