Worst phone
For last 4-5 mnths it hangs after vibrations almost everyday sometimes multiple times when i start using 3g

viper27, 26 Jan 2012my mini is broken because it homepage says blah blah Force ... moreyeah same thing happend to mine a week back, but i just clicked the force close button then quickly held left hand side key, the internet thingo came up and i clicked the small icon on the top left hand side corner and clicked apps, then in the search tab write settings, once it takes you to settings, go to privacy and tap factory data reset. after it resets should work fine but everything that wasn't saved on your SD card will be gone.

G Mini, is stylish and perfect phone for daily use. As holding in hands right now, SGM, the greenish trim on its edges has catchy looks. The touchscreen should be a bit more wide, but does not have issues. If this phone would have a autofocus camera, I couldn't have demanded more. Price tag is should be within 7k Rs. but it is a samsung.
Better option is: Galaxy Y DUOS, with dual sim. Micromax superfone A75 lite.

it has been more than half a year since i bought this phone and it is working very well and i am fully satisfied with its functionality.I even managed to upgrade it to gingerbread

You can enlarge it at maximum to see the details. A jpg compression seems OK at maximum pixels. Smartphones with a higher megapixels are also great though expensive (if you have a budget to buy those). The downside for mini is there's no autofocus nor image stabilizer (it's a phone!), and problem of shooting on macro; but it can take good photos unless you set the scene first.

1.Good looking
2.fast Procesor
3.Reasonable Price
4.Adroid offers many good Software in Android Market free of cost.
5.camera is ok for bright day light.
Cons:
1.Very bad battery life.

**If you use 3G or Wi-fi, download JUICE DEFENDER and/or ANDROID BOOSTER app in the market. It will prolong the battery life.
**If you want to move apps that is in the internal to SD card, download the APP2SD.
**If you want to have themes in your mini, download GO LAUNCHER EX.
**If you want to have a "sticky note" in the screen for your memo, download EVERNOTE or ONEPUNCH NOTE.
**AND most important app you need to download is a virus scanner. download ANTIVIRUS for your phone so that every time you install apps in your phone, it is safe.
