Turn off S5570. Press and hold POWER + ENTER button for reset menu.
Select Factory reset with Volume Down button and press Power to reset.

All data will be lost. Make sure you have backed everything up.

If it's not working for you there is a reason, it's a crap phone. Bad bad phone. The only use for it is as a brick.

Don't tell me you don't have the money to spend on top of the line new phones. It's OK. Me neither. But please don't just throw your money. Give it to me instead.
My 4 years old HTC desire is better!

Want a great phone but cheap one? Buy the moto g, cost around 200$. Have a bit more? Wait for may and buy OnePlus one or a nexus device 4 or even 5 for around 400$.
It's not 600-800 like all the new phones, these are great phones, and you won't be throwing your money...
