easiest way to upgrd ur mini to gingerbread is via samsung kies...
u shud install the sftware n connect ur phone to pc it will automaticaly detect da fon n giv u optn to upgrad to latest firmware(gingerbread)...

RAM is 279MB not 384MB,
overall its is a very good phone in this range,
pretty good phone but cannot be compared with higher end phones

If you don't know how to upgrade to gingerbread from froyo just go to samsung service center and they will do it for you guys.. No charge if u just bring the receit of yor fone...

no flash this is the only problem with phone but the phone is great it is very fast and the screen it multi touch and sensative
