There is a good news for all Indian Samsung Galaxy Mini users.
According to Samsung sources, Gingerbread upgrade will be available in next 6-8 weeks.

Leo, 04 Nov 2011What are the drawbacks of samsung mini...can anyone please ... more main drawbacks are:
1) low resolution screen, 320*240 only
2) battery only 1200mah, should have been atleast 1500mah
3) lacks full flash support as it has armv6 processor
4) camera lacks autofocus, video recording limited to qvga at 15 fps only
but hey wait !!!!!!!!!
if you require all the above features, be prepared to spend more.
presently this phone is best bang for your buck and at this price point u cannot get a better deal than samsung galaxy mini.

Bought this phone last October 2011 and I must say i was impressed with the processor: very smooth and capable. The screen resolution though low end can be easily forgiven and the cam is plain good. After upgrading to 2.3.4 Gingerbread i found the battery life extended. Overall I nice well off and capable Smartphone that money can buy.[+]
