its a good phone worth buying. nippy performance and great features but battery backup is pretty dull but it can b improved using apps. I've used this phone for 1 month n havnt found a problem so i recommend this for people who r tight on budget..

I have just got my phone 5 days back and after using this, well definitely i m very much satisfied. Only problem with this phone is its battery life. But using various utility apps and maintaining some steps you can easily get healthy backup. Another problem is that if It is froyo then apps will be installed in internal memory, but if you once root your phone you will get full access all over your phone. Before i go for this mobile i have got many negative comments bt guys its your decision that what is your budget and what features do you want.In that range samsung would be good choice.
Let me tell you that this phone can runs almost every apps.I have already installed about 87 apps and they run Smoothly.Overall good job Samsung and Android of course rocks!!!!!

tnx.You can upgrade your firmware using Samsung Kies (don't forget to backup your data) if an upgrade is available for your region.
Otherwise, it is possible to flash your phone with firmware downloaded from samfirmware.com using the ODIN utility. This way however, you may void the warranty for your phone if you flash your it with a firmware from a different region.

Got this phone for me and got another for my boyfriend as a treat for his birthday and can say that these phones are by far the best phone ive ever had! so simple and is such a smart phone.

The port/hole/whatver it is called of my galaxy mjini is busted. audios do not play in the earphone,, it doesn't recognize that the ear phone is plugged.
Help, anyone?Pardon my non-technical description of my problem.....
