I am disappointed with my galaxy mini because if when you use it in internet the battery can only hold for an hour and you need to recharge again.

Is it possible to connect to Ad Hoc network using this phone. That is not via router but by making laptop (or desktop that is connected through cable) wifi to act as a gateway for other wifi capable devices to access network independently. I`m planing to buy one but I need to know if that is possible. Cause Nokia c3 and xperia x8 can`t connect to this kind of network. But both c3 and x8 have a radio tipe 802.11 b/g, mini has 802.11 b/g/n. If anyone has this kind of phone would you please test that for me? Thanx.

the Samsung Galaxy Mini S5570 is sure to give you its best. The thing is, if you get the Android bug you’ll soon want better. That’s the point of phones like this one. The Galaxy Mini is an invitation. u’d take it.

viswam, 21 Jul 2011Hi, I turned off packet data connection as my GPRS quota... more EI. u need to call ur network provider and asked them to re-set ur network settings and APN service..etc.. if ur on a postpaid it would be quick to fix.. cheers

Hi,
I turned off packet data connection as my GPRS quota exceeded. Today I subscribed for a new package and I'm unable to turn on the packet data. The Edge symbol is not coming on that status bar and the network is not connectable. Can sombody please advice ?
