If you don't use it very often during the day then it would be ok. But if you use it very often (like me) if you work with the phone, talk a lot, calls every 5-10min, use the internet all the time ... then I don't recommend it. This phone can not stand several calls in a row and writing messages in the meantime, or something similar. He turns off and crashes when I most needed him.
I have it for a year ... of the beginning, it was very useful and interesting, but after a few months using it quickly filled with information (not much) and started indicates me the disk is full, low disk space, so I had to uninstall all applications that are stored on the phone memory to be able to work. Meanwhile began to blocking, restarting or shutting down by itself. Also having problems with the network, so often when someone calling me even though it is switched on it register me like not available or out of network coverage. I put micro SD-8GB, but it has blocked even more, even though is barely halfway full.
I carried on service several times- did not help! In summary I am not satisfied with it at all!

nodoubt phone is good & rough and tough .but their some internal memory issue.thatsway user cant take full fun of andriod apps.

I just don't like it when I turn it off it says I took out the memory card and I lose my data and it wont connect to my Wi-Fi or anything

I'm using for 2,5 years now. last 6hr with stock ROM and data enabled for social app+internet. Dropped often from my bike yet still work, tough enough for a cheap one.

been using this phone for last 1 and 1/2 years ! An extremely good phone at a relly LOW PRICE. am a proud owner of this phone. though-
it lags sometimes. and
does not support HD gaming, apps etc.
battery is avg overall 6.5/10 for this baby

Good phone ... my first android going superb..
it give what i need over phone ... good response on Internet and Fifi...battery average ... recently upgraded to 2.3.6 Ginger bread ....

phone's speker is very poor quality. when someone call me no voice is heard talk wid loudspeker. very slow hanging prblem and also battery quality so poor. every 2 hours ph needs charge.

Was a gift of a friend, used and a bit beaten.
Dropped at toilet a couple of weeks ago, turned off and dried quickly ... it's going perfect.
Battery life average not good or bad, like it's fast connection to WiFi, sensitive screen, nice response, radio and music player stop suddenly (only flaw).
For an affordable smartphone give it an 8/10.
Things missed are no visible notification of messages, calls or anything, if you didn't heard or see the screen when ringing ... should wait to manually turn on screen again.

kumar, 04 Jun 2013my friend four or five time put wrong password..so Mobil no... moreI must have dropped my ss galaxy mini about 50 times at least sidewalk etc; the case looks like it's been thru a grinder but it still works like new 2yrs later. "outrageous" or what!

I am using this phone since 2011 May.....and truly saying the best phone I have ever seen for this price range..and that too from MNC like samsung.....now the pros and cons of this phone are:
pros:
1)3MP cam of this phone is far better than nokia 5MP cams and also better than the latest 5MP cam phone from micromax etc..
2)A bunch of features at a low price
3)DNSe sound enhancement
cons:
1)dispaly is bad with very less resolution (240x320) with ~123ppi pixel density
2)too short battery life
3)low end processor
...rest all is fine
