I received this phone as a free upgrade from my service provider (Hutchison Three) and i have to say it is probably the best budget android phone on the market.
Its fast, simple and easy to use thanks to Samsung ingenuity with their touch wiz ui and swype.
it looks great and has many great feature such as hspda, wireless n, bluetooth, qvga screen etc and supports upto 32gb expansion.
I don't think any htc or sony erricson android phone can compare to high grade samsung products.

guys,i thnk i hav discovered smething.smethng gud,smething bad.bad news is mini takes abt 4& a half hrs to charge full.if u dont beleive me thn i m proving it. make the phn charge less thn 15%.nw connect ur charger n lock the screen.at the end of the lock screen,u will see a line "charging".nw wait for 4 n half hrs.u will get a alert tone frm android saying "battery full.unplug the charger".thn look at the end of the lock scren,it is "charged".i knw many many of u use battery widget.if u unplug the charger les thn 4 hrs,u wil see the plug icon in the battery widget tht means its stil charging though widget is showing 100%.that time look at the end of the lock scren,u wil see "charging".it wil only change aftr 4.30 hrs in "charged"& u wil get the alert frm android.hav a try & make me false if u can! gud news is aftr the full charge u wil get abt 10% more backup.

I want t... more@NAHID,internet of ths phn is very gud.speed is what it shd be mean very fast,has hsdpa 7.2 mbps.bt if u browse internet a lot,i would suggest u to use symbian.because while surfing charge consumption become 1% per min.it will be a great prob where the batery only last for 24 hrs.besides u wont get flash suport on webpages.browsing would be best in symbian phones for batery suport.only in battery support,symbian is better thn android.othrwise galaxy mini roks.if u want to enjoy android wit gud battery,go for high end android phns.

i bought this phone 1 week ago... apps are all very good.. except that sometimes... it slowdowns.. when i'm playing games like angry bird... memory card is 1/4 used.. i dont know why it slowdown sometimes... anyone had this experience?

I have been using this phone for 2 weeks. Battery back up is not satisfactory.I am also unable to send/forward sms through Kies. Does any one tell me how sms can be sent throuh PC Suit/Kies????

Lau, 28 May 2011wat is the different between android 2.1 and 2.2?version 2.1 is called Eclair while 2.2 is called Froyo.. for best experience samsung and android and also me and the others recommend you to have the latest.. which is 2.3 (called gingerbread)

I want t... moreNahid, for me this phone is excellent in browsing, there is also pinch to zoom feature to zoom in the page, you can choose or add more tabs and have different pages to go to while browsing, and it is really fast, in fact im using the phone right now typing this reply ;) its not horrible in browsing its really great compared to symbian phones
