Tany, 17 May 2011Guys,sme1 plz,plz,plz.i've bought galaxy mini day bfor ystr... morecheck if your 3g is open. same problem as mine. but when i went back to the store where i brought it the technician said that always check for 3g if it's open because it exhaust lot of battery life.

install the app -memory booster...its one of the best app's that cleans up all unwanted apps running in the background that consume battery.

For upgrade to gingerbread 2.3, you have to wait few days or may be few weeks, the samsung guys are working on it to make it compatible with galaxy line of phone.
As for as the upgrade is concerned its very simple, you have to install the latest version of software called as "Samsung Kies" from the web site of Samsung, gingerbread will be included in this software, just follow the on screen instructions after connecting your mobile to the computer and the OS will be upgraded to 2.3 the gingerbread, its very simple. The latest version of kies was released on 11 may 2011, its include firmware upgrade but not gingerbread, you have to wait for gingerbread.

Samsung has announced upgrade of ... moreHi...can u please tell me how to upgrade ur OS...do we have to go to Samsung showroom & upgrade it..??? or do we need to download it from sumwhere...???...the reason why i am asking dis...coz...i cant my applications in the phone memory...its almost ful...& in OS 2.3 i have heard that we can move the app to the memory card too...so can u plz help me wid dis...???..thanks

Guys,sme1 plz,plz,plz.i've bought galaxy mini day bfor ystrday.bt my battery is only lasting for 7/8 hrs.is it normal?i've downlded battery doctor,bt what's it work & how to do.i m in great problem.it's 2 days i got it & i've to charge it 4 times.there's no 3g network here,even i've turned off background data.bt still it's only lasting 8 hrs.is there anything othr to do?plz reply soon

I am facing a great problem in using Samsun... moreI have faced it before..
the matter you might have clicked download more than a time..
so is the problem..
wait till it download fully or just clear user data of market in MANAGE APPLICATIONS...
