Nokia is Zero in front of SAMSUNG. Specially according to this NOTE-3, because its OCTA(8) Core device, and NOKIA DUAL(2) CORE.
Number 2 NOKIA gives all his contract to CHINA, not MADE IN HUNGARY or any other countries, which is very week point of nokia, BUT SAMSUNG MADE IN KOREA, INDIA and many other places.

Huh ! costing Rs 49, 999/- in India (ie without local tax/parcel transportation fees).
Sammy flagship smartphones are slowly becoming non-affordable by the general public this day.

Definitely strongly considering getting this device as an upgrade to my Galaxy Nexus. When Android 4.1 arrived there was very little to improve by the means of more RAM and faster processors - a 24 bit audio interface is an important addition for Samsung devices in certain industries and the additional features and pen make this device unique enough from the swath of similar functioning devices to purchase it.
Right now Phone's still do not have much use outside taking calls, news, reading messages and acting as an MP3 player. Photo's are secondary because if your serious about taking a photo you wouldnt use a cameraphone.
At least the Note 3 takes a good stab at implementing fast note taking and organisation/work flow into their device. I wonder if S health will be of any use without having to enable GPS ..

I personally don't like Samsung phones because they don't do much with their designs just make the screen bigger, put a lot of gimmicks and then they just increase the processor. That's all. According to me a 50k phone should have better build quality not just cheap plastic.
