And another thing you won't worry if you need to take a call and your hands are wet. Some people would prefer a water proof/resistant phone not because they intend to text or play games underwater.

It is better than G2. Weird thing is:
This is a phablet, G2 is not. But they are almost same sized. Samsung are exploding again! They are out of space. I love them.

p.s 2 - Not samsung fanboy. Never used samsung until 15 days ago (bought GS4)

Guys, This is the last bastion of Plasticky era, any nxt S5 or Note 4 will be metal, aluminum. and archtech 64 bit, thus facilitating Ram Memory to 6 MB. Price touching 900$ as of now, will wait to stabilise.

Or installing an application, even a free one, you need to set up an Apple ID and give your credit card, unless you dig your head in order to find a trick to skip the latter part. In Android you need nothing to transfer a file or an app. As long as you have the app file located on your SD card, you can easily install it without even to connect to internet.
And how long does it take to turn on and off hardware components like WiFi, Bluetooth, hot spot, torchlight, etc?
In Android you just pull down the panel and everything you need is there. In iPose you need to look for the settings icon, located somewhere in your home pages between dozens of other squares (yes I forgot, in iPose you're limited to store only 9 items in a folder! WTF?!?!?) and read between the tiny lines.
So where is the so called user friendly statement comes into expression exactly?

1. first fone to capture 4k video? z1 has exmor RS! upon that we all know sony has better camera technologies than samsung!
2. okay that part is right! but how often do you use that usb port? maybe once in a twilight!
3. yes it has a greater memory! so Z1 has a setback here!
4. water touch! a waterproof phone, we have here!
5. that update will come for the S4 as well! and the LTE model is a quad krait one!
6. I mentioned this part earlier as well! samsung uses almost double the memory as compared to sony! well that might be a mighty thing for note, but 2gb ram ain't that less!
7. its just a version buddy! Kitkat will be arriving at the same time in both of them!
8. that all is just a software part! each one of them could be done by installing mod in any phone !
that was the comparision table from you, wasn't it?
so here's my part!
a 5inch phone is bulky in itself! don't you think a 5.7 inch phone it a bit to oversized?
and the best part about Z1 is it is waterproof!
if you still have to compare, put both the phone in the bathtub and test them! :P :D

Same with the S3. You can throw specs for specs sake but all you do is drain the battery faster.
Those who want a small tablet will buy this.
Those who want a simply phone that works and has a small screen will go for the iPhone.
That's the beauty of it. Choice.
