What so ever tbc or tbd means i dont kn but if it has no fm radio with rds i will not buy bcos i was planing to buy the note 3 and the 10.1 at its realised.

no FM radio & no LED notifications lights, very dissappointing ! i didn't wanna waste my money for a reduced specs from it predecessor. 1 word from me, LAME ! you are so LAME samsung ! if you keep on like this, soon you will extinct as NOKIA !
