I am still using my Note 3 after 7 years. Still works great, I have bought new batteries for it and the battery lasts all day. I buy after market Otterbox case for $10 and also new s-pens. A few apps do not work but that's no problem I can just goto the website for the app.
I am going stay with this beast of a phone until they official phase out Android 5.0, it still has a lot of users so I am guess other year or 2.

Have had this phone since 2013 until this very day. Great device, never let me down. Battery life is a real problem now and some essential apps do no work anymore. Great phone, but today I bought a new one.

Still working in 2019. a bit sluggish, especially when it comes to multitasking or anything that uses a lot of cpu power. And the Battery life is pretty bad (has been replaced once few years back but it didn't change much). But it is as expected, the battery stats shown on the phone settings are really innacurate.

What happened to my battery two days ago from 100 to 0 was wasted for 4 hours in energy saving mode without much use and now my battery lasts 24 hours with normal use? Does anyone else have such an experience?

Normal Battery (70%) would take around 5-6 hours and a half
Be careful the battery does drain quite a bit so I tend to take out the battery to stop it from draining that quickly
I ended up buying a much larger bulkier battery that sticks out, it dd do the job as I can use it for 2-3 days on full batttery without charging it, it is a 7500 MAH battery offered by PowerBear on Amazon Canada, it also comes with a phone back and a case, it is quite curved to fit the huge battery.
