baabu , 02 Mar 2016I have a note 3. N9005. . But that mobile don't have update... more my model is n9005. go into setting > General and scroll down to about phone. and check for updates. where you wanting to check for updates?

N3, 02 Mar 2016I hope you get positive reply from them !they said i should have received security patch. but get in contact again with carrier. i asked about marshmallow for note 3 and they said to keep checking in setting , check for software update r1.
