then select " emergency firmware recovery and reinitilisation" and then it will ask you that whether to install same firmware then select yes and then it will download the files and automatically reinstall your software but make sure that u r installing same firmware otherwise it would install lollpop

I had the DU booster, i used it, I didn't work. I thought if I did a factory reset, that everything would be back to normal. However, factory reset didn't stop the lag. I will try the malware bites and CM security to see if it will work too. Thanks

but becareful you need to check whether it is installing kk or lollipop cause it may install new updates

[deleted post]Same model as mine. Have you had any updates lately? Have you done a virus and malware check. Doenload CM security and run and check to see if thier is any viruses. Also du speed boaster as it has phone boaster. I have both on my note 3. If you go on playstore and download malware bites and run it and scan phone. It will take up to 10 mins to scan your phone and see if that helps. If nothing found you can uninstall it afterwards. But keep CM sucurity.
