i've been using this phone for almost 3 years now, drop it on the floor many times, scars everywhere at the side, but this phone is still running smooth and great......thinking about buying note 5 next, but i'm still in love with my current phone

Hey i havr just get note 3 its suppp,fab
But when i get it was 4.4.4 version then i updated to 5.0
But i havr new problem with my sd card it was 2 or 3 time corrpted or not detecting so plz help what should i do
Is it phone problem or sd card.......
