I can say that there was a jump in specs from Note 1 to Note 2; then another jump from Note 2 to 3 being LTE; Note 3 to Note 4 being slight jump. Each progressed with each iterations. Bit I don't go on banging on the Note 1 and 2 pages on how they are so terrible compared to the Note 3. Hehe, it'd be silly to deny how I enjoyed each models when I have THOUSANDS of comments that defend and praise their design and features. That's what you're doing.
But Note.5 - although bumped up in camera, and processor - is a REGRESS. It's LESS features like no infrared, no removable battery, fragile glass back, flawed S Pen design, limited storage to only 32 GB, and no expandable memory. These are major points.
It's rather idiotic to buy an iteration of something that has less features and flawed in design. You just bought a DOWNGRADE.

Dont think newer models will get that long out of thier phone. So is note edge which has same features as note 5 but better with removable battery and sd slot.

Lots of drawbacks on Note 3:
-ugly cheap plastic
-low screen resolution
-short battery power endurance
-slow response to S-pen
-only 13MP main cam
-only 2MP front cam
-no fingerprint sensor
-big bezels
-thick brick at 8.3mm
-not ergonomic
-weak chipset
-scroll screenshot not supported
-latest wearables not supported
