It could be rouge app, or software or hardware problem. It could be lots of things. Its a shame some ppl are having problems with 5.0. My model is N9005 and ive had no problems on lollipop. Is your model N9000 Anonymouse.

Or checked if its rougue apps thats causing it? Or it could be a software problem or firmware problem. So look into these things and you might find out whats causing your phone to be broke. And even if we do get 5.1.1 update there might be bugs in it. But i hope you get your phone sorted.

Im sorry some ppl on 5.0 are having problems with it. I cant understand how its working well in mine. My model is N9005. It seems to be N9000 models that are having problems with it.

I personally dont think note 3 will receive 6.0. But that wouldnt bother me. My note 3 is really smooth on 5.0. No problems and still a good flagship phone 2yrs on. Like i keep saying its my best note to date.

I Read reports that all Galaxy Note 3 units will also receive the same update. It will be rolled out by mobile carriers. But it will take time to get to everyone and again depending on how long diff carrier pushes it to note 3. So just have to wait and see. Hope this helps.

Samsung you need to understand our problem that 5.0 update has a lot of problems and has broken our note 3 so please update or phone to a stable build which is android marshmallow. I hope you will

Still device performs like a flagship. that may be the reason why Samsung not offering Android 6.0 update to this beast which may affect the sales of Note 5 and its predecessors.

Ive N9005 and battery backup is good using facebook, whattsapp, mgs, calls , internet etc. But if playing games 24/7 the battery will drain just like any phone. So i imangine that model will be the same.
