I bought note 3 one week later but I got defective peace it's back panell not fitting properly and heating so much in my opinion note 3 is very bad option for me

I got my note 3 N9005 just a month back. Its a used phone i got and i love this phone its still an amazing device in 2015 :D right now am on lollipop 5.0 and i want to know will this device get android 6.0 or 5.1.1 update inthe feature?

And if your phone does get bit warm just take back cover off and leave for a min. It will cool down. These little things help.

But some ppl have some heating problems after updating to 5.0. if you play a lot of games etc all day it will get warm. Im on 5.0 and have had no real heating problems. It depends on how often you use your phone. Hope this helps.

No. Because the heat seating will break down at high temperature and will ruin the chip. So i think its a good idea it dosnt have HMP. But there is other ways to overclock your cpu.

Like my last comment to you its not old in appearrance and if its kk or 5.0 isnt considered old. Infact a friend offered to swap her note 4 for my note 3. She wishes she had kept her note 3. Beleive it or not its still a popular phone. My best note to date bmf.
