So i wouldnt change to any other phone. If i was you i would think about it. But its your choice. Good luck in whatever phone you choose star boy.

If you go on to nexus forum or any other phone forums they have problems just like some note 3 users are having. Theres no magic phone out there so to speak. But note 3 is a good phone. Just because some ppl have some problems doesnt mean everyone has. l have had no problems or lags running 5.0. Im not a fan of mototorola. Had too many bad experience with them. But some do like motorola. Hope this helps you to decide star boy.
