D only problem m facing is , call gt disconnected automatically within 2-3 min mostly...
M using airtel sim n network is full....
Followed some steps like uninstalling applications n all....
Bt no help at all....
Ny1 facing d same prblm????

Sasi, 26 Oct 2015Friend, i bought note 3 sn9005 model from local retailers. ... more it cant be done. Cant add extra internal memory sasi. So you are stuck with 16gb. Sorry i cant help you.

If its only 2 days old surely the retailer should have replace it with 32gb one. Now if you had have asked for 32gb n9005 and they give you 16gb they would be at fault. Were i live they didnt do 16gb version. Only 32gb they sold. Go back to retailer and tell them you wanted the 32gb maybe they will exchange it sasi. Good luck.

But it could not be refunded as two days over. Is any resolution to get 32gb internal memory by software updates. But all future's are same note3 9000 model. Please help me.

The software update i received hasnt changed performance as it was working well before i got last update. So im sure it will be pushed out to note 3 users. To fix bugs in 5.0. It just takes time to get to everyone note3user.

I am using kitkat in my note 3 n9000 and i have no problem at all.. but if i update my note 3 to lollipop(from samsung care).. will i face problems like hanging or heating as everyone says like that..

Have you tried enabling power saving mode. If that dosnt work like i said return phone to where you bought it. It really shouldnt be heating up that much. So that makes me think its a firmware fault. your better asking for a replacement or refund from were you purchased it from. Ive replied to your comment and it hasnt shown up yet Ike.

But you said even make a call it gets warm. then it sounds like a faulty phone. It could be a firmware problem. Like i said in my last comment to you return it and demand a refund or replacement 1ke. Hope this helps.

I purchase new battery and it was okay after that. Can you not take it to service centre to get them to check it? If it still heats up then take it back to were you bought it and ask for replacement or refund 1ke. Hope this helps.
