Prince, 21 Oct 2015hi Guys any one help me to choose between these Note 3 or A... more But as you can see note 3 is still good androd phone. They ruined note 5 with it not supporting sd card or non removable battery. Thats why lots of users who rely on sd slot kept to note 3 or note 4. But only you can decide Prince. Hope this helps.

Samsung is not the only big player...sony/motorola...and .. and if you really care about the performances and bug free os no delays in updates and want to be the first one to get all this and you want to enjoy Android even after long period u dont have to worry about latest updates then ... Dude just pick NEXUS...i made mistake...trusted wrong company but you dont...remember There are other Big players to.

I love my device more than anything...its crazy samsung who ruined my note 3 after update...i installed lollipop after hard reset...i have allmost all disabled bloat wares ( only useless ones) have very limited apps..dont even have facebook(coz its very bulky app)...still have high ram(2.33 aprox )normally. Emai/snote/touchwiz "stop unexpectedly" error message frequent.problem occured after 2 months of hard reset.where is the catch!!!

Ive been using using notifi for popups for receiving texts and calls. Just found in settings that it has popup for text mgs and calls lol.

I myself had kitkat for along time. And had no intentions to update to lollipop because i read that ppl were having problems with it earier on. But when i got notifaction and couldnt get rid of the icon i took the chance and updated. And i can honestly say thet i have had no problems with it at all. But i still know that people have alot of problems with the update. But most of the problems have work arounds. One of the main ones is to do a factory reset after the update. That would give a clean install and get rid of useless files left over from kitkat.

What samsung should do is put decline update if sympol comes up. You have to keep pressing update later. After sn hour symbol comes up again update. Theres no decline on it. That would mean that note 3 users can decide wether to update or not. Just a thought.

Prince, 21 Oct 2015hi Guys any one help me to choose between these Note 3 or A... moreA8 has 2gb ram. Note 3 has 3gb ram. A 8 same size screen as note 3. So i would think the 3gb ram would be better. Performance ways so far for me note 3 is still good and ive had no problem with lagging. Just compare the two and then decide Prince. Hope this helps.

My only issue with 5.0 is that screen stays on during phone call. I hope 5.1 will fix that sensor.

Please Samsung. Post an update that NOT used too much battery life, ram, internal storage. I still love this phone.

Musonda, 16 Oct 2015i bought samsung galaxy note 3 2 months ago now its chargin... moreTake it back to where you bought it. Or take to service centre. It could be faulty. Ive never come across this. You should have warranty with it that means they will fix or replace it for you Hope you get it sorted Musonda.

For me 5.0 is working great which has surprised me and other say its working for them. I must have got it when bugs were smoothed out. It took a year for me to get it. But i know some users are having problems with it and like i keep saying its a shame its caused problems on their phones.
