The batteries are out side and could be replaced by fake ones with same number. The possibility of fake batteries planted in ur box cannot be ruled out. It could be software problem. The service center cannot gauge the usage time of any Customer. They should test the batteries in house for 24 hours at least. Software problem cannot be ruled out.

I picked a Note 3 on June 1, 2015. The battery drains within a few hours and I use my phone only to make calls and play a few games. I took it to the store and was told that I need to upgrade the software and it would work. But still the battery doesn't last for more than 3 to 4 hrs. Please help

And i am not buying Note 4 because i will buy Note 5, 3-4 months after launch.

But i am not sure about downgrade. I assume no root is required in that too and no warranty is voided. I need a bit of clarification

Check my previous comments I mentioned the link of youtube! Knox Counter is 0x0. But bro why you want to purchase Note 3? Note 4 is best now at affordable price & don't upgrade to lollipop its my advice only go straight to Android M.

AnonD-409277, 24 Jun 2015only palm swip is working i'm searching the screen shot b... moreMy note 3 came with "in the box" lolipop 5. First method is to press Home & power button simultaneously. Second is the palm swipe which you know. Third is s-pen. There is a small switch to s-pen. Keep press and leave for s-pen menu to appear. Focus pen on s-write for screen shot.
