I use Note 3 LTE and have upgraded to Lollipop. It is very smooth and nice. Maybe your phone is not original. Update fro Samsung Servers and you will be free. Lollipop rocks

The problem is they also have to release a Galaxy Note 5 too. How this will affect their sales we don't know. All I know it will put quite a number of people confused whether to buy Note 5 or S6 Plus. The price will be the core problem here. If it more or less the same it will cause trouble for Samsung.

If you want to update then Go to SamMobile[DOT]com, Go to firmware & Enter your Note 3 Model No. then choose lollipop firmware download it & flash through latest version of Odin.

It's meaningless to not root an Android. Jeez!!
Oh, there is an app too, which will disable Headsup notification without root. Search for that article on Android Police. I don't have time to find that.
Course you did your homework. How did you do that that's the question, LOL!
