Anonymous, 18 Aug 2017Only cons is No Marshmallow update !No more updates, this old model has been abandoned now,its not surprising now is it realy,there's great Chinese models out there next to nothing with Big battery's, on marshmallow or nuget,Hope that helps :-)

Have you checked your settings > mobile networks > more networks and checked your 4g lte is set on unto connect? Also do you have 4g signal were you live? It could be your network signal not strong. I hope you get it sorted my friend.

This note 3 is my best note and il keep using it as it still performs well and still sturdy phone like i said. Ive had no problems with in terms of performance. I will get few more yrs with it. I know theres better phones out there . But this note 3 does everything i need and its good to read the posts that users are still liking it. Members of my family are using it also. Note 3 is one of a kind. Keep enjoying your note 3 my friend:)

There are currently no New listings for Samsung Galaxy Note 3 N9005, Unlocked, LTE, 32GB Sim Free International Version, Classic White. However, you can choose a different condition. (Even Amazon don't sell note 3 any More, brand new that is,only second hand,so battery's for this will obsolete soon) say goodbye to a loyal note 3 and go Chinese,hope that helps :-)

if you have some issue with your 4G/ signal, it's recommended for you to check at any phone shop centre ( not samsung centre ) unless your device is still covered under warranty which i don't think so. it could probably the receiver is not working properly. if it used to have 4G signal but not anymore, it could be the reason. by resetting your phone, it could solve some minor problem but not the hardware issue. mine got problem with camera, i thought it was the camera software problem. so i did resetted the phone restored but still not working. so i went to phone centre and they said there was the hardware problem. replaced it and now it's working like a charm.

But its still got good performa... moreyes. i totally agreed with your statement. i've been using my note 3 since the day samsung released the phone. since past 4 years, i couldn't found any phone which could replace mine. i'm a note's lover. i'm not saying that other samsung model is not good, but as a note's lover. this is one of the best phone ever. i've been thinking to switch from android to ios. but like i said, no model could replace our note's family. i could do everything with this note, recording music, drawing, editing, almost everything in term of phone capabilities.

Had this phone since feb of 14. Rock solid. I upgraded the battery to the powerbear 7500 mAh battery and it gets me through the weekend. My charge port quit working a few weeks ago but i use an external battery charger and keep a few spares with me. Love the phone.

Hi,
In general you should expect to get around 3 years usual usage.
The battery would most likely need replacing after 2/3 years.
I've still got my old faithful Galaxy S3, it's 4yrs old and started to succumb to old age via poor battery life.
I changed the battery but was still having problems charging. I then purchased a higher rated charger and a proper/decent cable and this solved the problem.
In general the reason for upgrading to a new device is software related. As newer versions of Android OS are released, app developers then update there apps, which tend to not run as efficiently on the older OS.
This causes the system to freeze, lag or forced closes.
Though with regular maintenance, and the occasional factory reset to clear the system cache will help.
I'm now using the excellent Samsung Galaxy S5 running Android 5.02.
With an expected update to Marshmallow 6.0 I intend to get at least 3 years of heavy usage. Though I'd like to get longer it will depend on any problems that may arise (or not).

Note 3 is couple years old. But its still got good performance and its still a good phone. Ive had many phones and nothing compares to note 3 for me personally. Ive been happy with this phone. If looked after it will last a few more yrs.

Anonymous, 15 Aug 2017You can get Battery from Authorized Samsung Service Center.Its all about money and saving money my friend, Sammy charging 7 8 even 9 hundred pounds for what ? a mobile that Chinese can produce for less than 100 pounds, Chinese mobiles don't need updates, you can buy one every 3 months if need be and won't brake the bank, good luck what ever you choose my friend :-)

This phone will last long time. Just over a 3yrs and 5 months i have it and its my best note. Sturdy and never lets me down. No lagging etc. And at long last i recieved security patch for my note 3 few months ago which was a surprise as i never recieved that update before.. So happy got patch update:)

But at least its proper samsung batteries. Check them out on amazon. But like i said before in the forum make sure its samsung battery as i only use samsung battery for my note 3. Ram, 02 Aug 2017Hiii how is battery working now I found new battery lasts longer. I charge note 3 and it can last just over a day depending how often im on it. I would advice you put new battery in. Thats my honest opinon . I hope this helps my friend:)
