I have had mine for 9 mo. and love it.Well today it won't charge.Any suggestions as to what it might be before it dies and I have to take it in.I heard there was something you could do to add a charge but have forgotten what it is.HELP PLEASE.I'm an old woman and not too literate on phones!!!!!

I have had my Note 3 since 08/2014. I didn't have a problem until about a month ago. Any time im using any app it totally freezes up. I have to take the battery out to restart because it will not turn off. Im not able to use any of the keys or buttons. It does the constantly. Its very frustrating.

Hi guys,
This is Ali from India.
I have updated my Note 3 (Exynos version ) to lollipop last week.
Everythings looks fine but auto screen rotation option is not working And it's really annoying while seeing pics and while taking pics.
please help me if this can be fixed.
