You can always use other regions' ROMs, like everybody else does.

salman, 11 Mar 2015I regret updating to lollipop. .in India. my note 3 updated... moreWell Salman, did you fully wipe your phone before flashing LP? Some problems you mention exist (like the proximity while on a call), but not all, at least not for me on Polish OB6 firmware.
And use Nova Prime dude, ditch that TW launcher.

Well just been on play store for 2 hours.many of my apps are now compatible with lollipop.but no update to lollipop 5.0,will w8 for 5.1 :-)

I regret updating to lollipop. .in India. my note 3 updated to lollipop 5 and now my phones hangs a lot.. proximity censor is not working properly. Phone screen doesn't switch off during calls. No effect while hoovering over lock screen. Bloody keeps and keeps searching for location. And when it's always searching, notification panel is always rolling back up when i draw it down. Weather widget keeps getting refreshed refreshed.. And the cherry on the cake. .IT'S NOW SLOWER. yes bloody lollipop has decreased the speed and performance of my device. Its lagging a lot. Re opening of apps is a mess. Even basic applications like dialer lags.. kitkat was far far far better. . I had no problem with it. Multi tasking side menu was just a swipe away in kitkat but now press and hold the back key to open it, which is SLOW. And i simply can't set my hight resolution pictures as wallpapers. What the hellll. earlier it use to take say 10th of a second to open recent screens by press and hold home key..but now it takes a lot more. Sometimes 2 seconds or more. .I'm not happy with it. .i really hope it gets better again with the 5.0.2 or 5.1

Finally updated it to android lollipop
It consume ram around 1.8gb average everyone out of 2.66gb...
It's looks has been very good and multi window is superb now....silent mode feature gone...display brighten....etc etc
