Wow OLED panel on Note 3 is practically unbreakable compared to S4 and Note 2!
Even removing solid aftermarket glue at 100 degrees C still did not break OLED panel when removing glass!

I bought this phone back i September of 2013 first day out. This phone has been threw a ton of wear and tear. ive probably dropped it 1000+ times in the past 4 years screen never cracked. took it in the pool twice one time in the ocean and 3 additional times in the toilet. every time the phone came back on after drying. the only issue I've really ever had was the GPS which apparently is common in the note 3. wireless charging option works great for me most times. still have my original charger and still works just as well.

I have also an international model Note 3 which has the same problem as yours which you described in the 17 Nov 2014. The GPS does not lock itself and always " Searching using GPS...". How have you resolved this issue?

Hye all my friends in the world.I hope Samsung Mobile will come back on Samsung Galaxy Note 3 (2018).
with Speacial Edition Specs after 5 year Anniversary for that device.
I suggest Front Camera Upgrade 8MP.
Battery capacity 3600 or 3800mAh.
4GB RAM Snapdragon 820 and more upgrades.I want trade in my smartphone Note 3(2013) for to buy Note 3(2018) if really launching next year.Thanks you reading my suggestion comment.

I love the bigger screen on my Note 3, as well as bigger storage capacity (both take SD cards, but my Note 3 came standard with 32GB, S5 only has 16GB). My Note 3 has 3GB of RAM, the S5 only has 2GB. The S5 however will update to newer software, Android Marshmallow (6.0), whereas my Note 3 is tapped out at Android Lollipop (5.0). There really isn't a noticeable weight difference, the size of the Note 3 in the pocket becomes normal, not seeming too large. If you want a more powerful device, go with the Note 3 imo. If you want something a little bit more up to date with software, the S5 is the way to go.

Am stuck between the Samsung galaxy s5 and the note 3, please I need an honest review, camera and other specs, I love the s-pen I used it on my note 2 before it was stolen I have been using an s4 and I wanna get either a note 3 or an s5. Anybody help

I have really enjoyed this phone, but it has gotten very sluggish since the update to Marshmallow. I looked at new ones today and nearly choked to see the prices! Sad. I can't pay $850 for a phone. I think I got this one for about $350.
