Was looking at lollipop on youtube. Its horrible looking. Il not be updating now. Awful green and white colours.

I would rather wait until the proper lollipop update which we wont get till late 2015. You can root your phone and install by idin. But it has a lot of bugs according to android pit.

But there is a leaked version which was already published on sammobile.com few days ago, so judging by that I'd say Note 3 will get version 5.0 within next 6-8 weeks, that period could extend though, cause Samsung will never release it for Note 3 before Note 4.
Note 3 doesn't have any major problems like other phones, it's a very good phone/phablet, if you don't mind the size, and I don't think there are many devices which can compete with it, yeah I am even including the latest flagships, where I shouldn't. You can't go wrong with it by any means.

TouchWiz is TouchWiz and stuffed up with features, including a lot of meaningless ones, simply it can never match AOSP but well Samsung never made TW to compete with Vanilla Android at first place.
Note series are better optimized (software wise obviously, less bugs) than S series IMHO. I used an S2 and S4, and Note 2 and now Note 3, and I can say this without any doubt.
If possible get the Snapdragon version, I mean if you want custom support of XDA and all, Exynos version has very minimal support. However you won't get warranty with Snapdragon.

So maybe il get white s viewer for my note 3. Now that you mentioned battery i might buy another one. Its means il always have full batteries lol.:-)

Samsung Galaxy Note 3 has USB 3, but the specs. shows USB 2. Please correct this.
