Maybe because note 4 is too pricey still. I just got a note 3, I love it. But can't afford a note 4.

Again the battery problem, it will get hot and drain the life right out of your phone.
beside that, best phone ever(except note 4)

I purchased note3 from Samsung outlet 1 month back. My phone display gone. Through out my use; handled it carefully and properly. Is it replacable in warranty period. Please help

I love my note 3 to but they promise updates and wee never get them on time. Ive tried kies and OTA. But no update. Just keeps saying i have latest software. Very annoyed! Maybe we will get a shock on halloween and receive update lol:-)

Im using ES file explorer app and its good. No issues as ur facing. Better get a replacement coz everybody around me with note 3 has no such issues.
