mine is N9000 (quad core 1.9 & quad core 1.3), why only the the 1.9 four cpu detected on sysetm tuner or other system apps?

I bought a Note 3 9005 about two weeks ago. I noticed the following and would like someone advice
1) Battery drains so fast even without many applications off.
2) Signal strength is weak and unpredictable.
Other than that I'm quite happy. But above is annoying....

Guys I have noticed something here, twice. I bought a brand new galaxy note 3 on 1/10/2014. It was working proper until I upgraded the Samsung account update. After the upgrade my phone was no longer charging and was forced to return the phone.
On 4/10/2014 I bought another note 3 from a different dealer. It was fine until when I loaded new Samsung account update. It stopped charging again. I then decided to uninstall the update and restart my phone and also cleaned catch. This solved the problem. My phone started working normal.
Did anyone come across the same problem here?

hotlips, 03 Oct 2014still havent reveived update 72mb. It depends on ur country/region. Keep checking.. That was a stability update.
