So I bought this phone in March 2014 and is already failing: the battery will not charge at all. I would not recommend this phone to anyone. I am not an engineer but I believe that the new connection is designed poorly and it can easily be damaged.

I ve been using note 3 from past april.. And its awesome experience. I had tempered glass screen protector installed the day i got the phone.. Its gud.no display distort or any issues with touch. Its worth every penny.. I ve the rose gold black variant. And i ve not put any kind of case except for tempered glass screen cover.

I got Note 3 n900L from South Korea Telecom. Better than s5 i guess. If Note 4 has a dpi of 518 while mine has 481 on it... so there is no reason to ugrade to Note4, ill wait for note5 by next year maybe.

Let's make a survey how many N3 owners are willing to spend 900 dollars on N4, within this Qtr. I bet prices will cut down to 500, but at the same time selling N3 wwould also depreciate.
Personally just a year ago, first waited, then again waited ad roamed whole city centre s to find black with gold borders. Now phobia of N4.Just forget ad live with it by N5, tobe a giant step to change.

chmamajugs, 20 Sep 2014has anyone had problems with the battery not charging? and... moreYes, battery wasn't charging. Went back to tmobile. They said they had few complains about that too. They said the charger would come loose that's why it wouldn't charge. They replaced my note 3 charger with a Samsung S5 charger. I don't have any problem since.
